The website provides general information about our services. Project scope, pricing, timing, materials, permits, and availability depend on your property and the work requested. Website examples and general guidance do not replace an on-site assessment or a written project agreement.

Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to purchase services and does not create a construction contract or confirm a start date. Any work, payment terms, warranties, and project-specific responsibilities will be addressed in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the work it covers.

Information you provide and appropriate use

Provide accurate contact details and only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not use the website to send spam, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, or interfere with its operation. The website’s text, designs, logos, and media belong to their respective owners; using this website does not transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial reuse.

When you submit an inquiry, you request contact about your project by phone or email, if provided. You can ask us to stop those communications. SMS consent is handled separately and is optional.

SMS Terms

Southern Oak Exteriors project messaging

When you opt in, Southern Oak Exteriors may send text messages to the mobile number you provide about your estimate, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates. These messages relate to the inquiry or service you requested. This program does not enroll you in promotional text campaigns.

• Voluntary consent: the website’s SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You can request an estimate or purchase services without agreeing to texts. Only provide a number you are authorized to use.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, and project activity.
• Charges: message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier about your plan’s charges.
• Opt out: reply STOP to stop text messages. You may receive one confirmation text. No further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also contact us to request that we stop texting you.
• Help: reply HELP, email admin@southernoakexteriors.com, or call (832) 639-6508.
• Rejoining: after opting out, you can text START to our number to opt back in.
• Delivery: delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this service for emergencies.
• Privacy: we do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information to deliver our communications. See our Privacy Policy.

If you initiate a text conversation, we may reply about that inquiry. Consent for that conversation does not give us permission to send unrelated promotional messages. Contact us if your mobile number changes so we can update our records.
